Which shade of Nyx’s concealer should I get?

My skin tone’s MAC’s NC25 (Not tested, but I should be), Clinique Superfit’s 64, Dior’s 020 and ELF’s tinted moisturizer in Rosy Beige best matches my skin tone.
From what I’ve seen and read on the Internet, Beige is said to be the best match for NC20-25, but the swatches I’ve seen seem quite dark so that’s kinda bugging me.
Also, are the shades for the Concealer in a Jar the same as the Concealer Stick?

i use the concealer in a jar in beige and i am a NC35. i don’t like using concealer that matches my skin completely just becuase i have really bad undereye circles and want something that will make my eye area brighter.
